DRHA Rules and Regulations.

Membership:
- Each member receives after payment of membership DRHA received a membership card. The statutes of the association may request to be sent. The rules of procedure may also, for lack of internet, be sent on request.

Membership Costs:
- Membership of the DRHA costs € 30.00 per year. The membership fee must be paid before or during the general membership meeting. Members after this date receive a pay increase of € 10.00 to comply with equal pay for membership. Members, who join after November 1, pay € 10.00 for the membership of the current year and € 30.00 for the membership of the following year.

Participate:
- All shows are organized by NRHA rules. These DRHA internal regulations only supplement the NRHA rules.
- Participants are responsible for the proper papers to be allowed to start in his / her class entered.
- Can a participant is not the proper papers to show the secretary hand, is not alloud to start.
- Fines imposed by the NRHA to the secretariat of a game, by the DRHA recovered from the participant. Unless the participant can show that it is not his fault.
- All riders and horses whose owners participate in NRHA classes is that they are a current member of the NRHA. It also applies to the participating horse, that a valid Competition License from the NRHA has. This must be the start of the show regularly. Competition Licenses can under no circumstances be issued on a show.
- All riders and horses whose owners participate DRHA classes is that it should be a current member of the DRHA.
- At the moment the DRHA the Green as Grass Reining class and the Ladies class. Both classes are only intended for Non-Pro riders. These two classes of things along the DRHA Buckle series.
Further explanations of these classes are further defined in these rules.

Horses:
- DRHA state welfare for the animals and will respect them, if necessary, to enforce and implement the plan shows. Within such compliance is in any case of animal cruelty in any form.
- All horses participating in races DRHA should undergo an annual vaccination against influenza and vaccinated at the time of the match enough immunity to the disease, which by means of a valid vaccination certificate to show the secretariat should be established.

Juries and scribes:
- All shows will be used by the jury's NRHA approved.

Registration Date:
- For all shows there is a deadline of at least 7 days. This is the date of the postmark binding. After deadline of a show can be increased by a maximum bids of € 25.00 per entry. Stables:
- Stables discussed for a game should at all times to be paid. (If the stables are cancelled before the closing date indicated on the registration form) indicate on the entry form Stable Hire applies to the entire game. This amount will be charged in time to cancel the discussion stalls.
- The DRHA may, if before or after the game people want to rent stables, an additional total bill. This needs to be on the registration lists.

The DRHA Green as Grass class:
- All participants must DRHA and Non Pro member to have. All tests may be ridden legally on any bit to 1 or 2 hands. If the combination may enter the arena has gone from 1 to 2 are changed or exchanged hands from left to right and vice versa.

The DRHA Ladies Reining Class:
- The Ladies Reining allowed only by persons of the female sex part. DRHA All participants must be member and Non Pro. All tests must be ridden in one hand with a dedicated legal bit.
- Who to start each new year of € 2500.00 or more in prize money won in the reining sport is not alloud in the Ladies Reining in the class once a year published a list which listed the merits.
Reference date for this list is December 31 of the previous year.
- As a member € 2500.00 or more to have merit, its name appears in red on the list.
- This list will be presented at the annual meeting and then posted on the site DRHA. Also this list can be requested at any time at the show secretary.



Buckle Series:
Every year the DRHA a Buckle Series. This Buckle Series is exclusive to DRHA members, if they have fulfilled their commitment. If someone in the current year to join, it will only participate in the Buckle Series from the time of payment. If the membership is met after a show, counting the merits of the following for the show only most Buckle Series.
